On November 28th Martin Ploug and I stood on the summit of "Ren Zhong Feng" after having climbed a route we named "Lost To Ice" (M4, WI4, 1300m). From a camp at 4500m we had three bivies to the summit and had fantastic weather during the entire climb. The summit actually turned out to be about 5800 metres, so about 200 metres lower than previously thought.
Right now we a back in Chengdu waiting to get a flight home. I'll post a trip report and photos once I'm back in Denmark.

All the details for the expedition to Sichuan have been settled now and the flights and permit are bought. The team will consist of Martin Ploug, Carsten Jensen and I (all Danes) and we will of course climb in alpine style.
Our first objective will be the northwest face of Ren Zhong Feng and if there is time we will also try the northeast face. This is only a tentative plan of course, as it all depends on the actual conditions and the weather. We are not even sure if we will be able to...
